VCS / Medical Practice Operations

I joined my father's medical practice, VCS, in 2010 after graduating from college. The practice had approximately three employees at the time.

During the years I was deeply involved in operating and growing the practice, the organization expanded substantially and had approximately 50 employees at its peak. This reflected the work of the wider organization.

The practice eventually operated from its own purpose-built facility in central Houston. This period was foundational to my experience in operations, finance, growth, data, technology, and healthcare workflows.
